We can come in at any stage and step back out at any stage. Some clients want us from the first conversation through to the landscaping. Others already have consented plans and want a builder they can trust with them. Both suit us.
How a job runs
Five stages. Join at any of them.

Concept
We sit down and work out what you're actually after — how you live, what the site allows, what the budget will carry. Ideas get tested here, while changing them costs nothing.
- 02
Design
Your project becomes a workable design. Floor plans, elevations and 3D renders, so you can see the house and walk through every room of it before a cent is committed to building.
- 03
Consent
We take the design through to consented plans — engineering calculated, documentation prepared, and the consent lodged and seen through.
- 04
Build
We manage the whole build: subcontractors, programme, budget and quality control, with progress visible to you the entire way through the client portal.
- 05
Beyond
Landscaping, later additions, ongoing maintenance. Plenty of our clients keep going after handover, and we'd rather be the ones who pick it up.

Keeping the house performing after you've moved in, for clients who'd rather not start again with someone new.
We take on commercial and rural work as well — Harakeke Stables is one of ours. Residential is where most of our work sits, but if you have something else in mind it's worth a conversation.

Backed by a ten-year guarantee.
We're Registered Master Builders, so every build can carry the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee if you want it — independent cover on workmanship, materials and completion, held by someone other than us.
The size of the job doesn't change how we run it. A ten thousand dollar job and a ten million dollar job get the same process.
