Mahana Ridge

A second home for clients we had built for before — designed and built by us, for a family that had outgrown the first one.

A family home on the Mahana ridgeline, designed and built by us for clients returning for their second house with SCD. The brief was space: a growing family that had outgrown what they were in.

The plan runs long and low to hold the outlook, with a scullery off the main kitchen, built-in joinery through the hallway, and a cedar-lined soffit carrying over the deck to soften the transition outside.
